Marcus Smart was absolutely right following Game 6. There was nothing pretty about Game 7 Sunday night in Boston. But it did end with a familiar picture: LeBron James going to the NBA Finals. In fact, it’s his eighth straight Finals appearance. And it took the king playing all 48 minutes to get him there. But this time, he wasn’t alone. While the Cavaliers didn’t have Kevin Love to turn to Sunday night, Jeff Green would fill in. And he would do an admirable job as well, one might say.By the end of the night, Green put up 19 points on 7-of-14 shooting to go along with eight rebounds. Tristan Thompson put up 10 while J.R. Smith added 12, but the Cavaliers as a team shot just 9-of-36 (25 percent) from long range. And then there’s LeBron, finishing with 35 points on 12-of-24 from the field to go along with 15 rebounds and nine assists.
