Charles Barkley on Draymond Green: ‘I still want to punch him in the face’

If anyone suspected that after an apology the first time around that Charles Barkley would not revisit his controversial remarks about Draymond Green, think again.The NBA on TNT analyst made an appearance Thursday on ESPN’s “Get Up” when he doubled-down on a desire to see someone punch the Golden State Warriors superstar in the face. This time, however, Barkley said he ought to do it. The conversation that spawned Barkley’s punchy chatter stemmed from host Michelle Beadle asking Sir Charles if NBA fans should expect a Barkley-Green sit-down at some point. “He’s a real good player. He’s a nice kid,” Barkley said of Green. “I still want to punch him in the face.”Barkley admitted afterward he was “emotional” when he made his original face-punching comment about Green a few weeks back and should not have said it in the first place.
