The Cleveland Browns, as was expected in light of reporting leading up to Thursday’s first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, selected Baker Mayfield with the first-overall pick. And the former Oklahoma star and reigning Heisman Trophy winner was not surprisingly overcome with emotion when fielding the draft call from Browns general manager John Dorsey.
