LeBron brings A-game as Cavs top Pacers in Game 7

LeBron James is still the king, and now his Cavaliers are moving on to the second round. Up next, LeBron and the Cavs will battle the Raptors. And if he plays anything like he did this series (it’s playoff LeBron, so obviously) then the Raptors are in a lot of trouble. But on Sunday afternoon, the king would remind us all why he’s the king. 45 points on 16-of-25 from the field (11-of-15 from the charity stripe), nine rebounds, seven assists and four steals. That’s one helluva Game 7 performance. But this time, James didn’t have to do it alone. Tristan Thompson would get the surprise start, delivering a surprise performance in return with 15 points on 5-of-6 shooting while hauling in 20 rebounds. This time, Victor Oladipo’s heroics — 30 points, 12 rebounds, six assists and three steals — weren’t enough.Going forward, how much more can the king do? We’re about to find out, of course. But if it’s anything like past years, the Raptors are in trouble.
